DONATING TO ST JOHN’S
The current Covid-19 pandemic has affected us all in ways that we could not have imagined. Amongst the anxiety and uncertainty that many of us are experiencing is a degree of financial uncertainty, and St John’s is no different. Overnight we lost our income from hiring out the Goose Green Centre and we no longer receive donations from the plate on a Sunday.
Please help support the work of St John’s by making a donation. We are very grateful for all the support that we continue to receive.
Please don’t use this button to make a payment such as hall hire or wedding fees. Please get in touch with the Parish Office.
Helping to resource God’s mission in East Dulwich
Although we have reduced many of our costs, our expenditure remains greater than our income.
If you are a regular giver to St John’s we hope you can continue to support us and if you are able to increase your giving in any way then that would be much appreciated. Giving by standing order provides us with regular income and a degree of certainty. You can download a copy of our Standing Order form here. If you are an eligible tax payer you can increase the value of your gift by 25%, at no cost to yourself by gift aiding your donation. Completed forms should be sent to Martin Howell, Stewardship Secretary, at the address given on the form.
In the meantime, if you would like to make a donation online, you can do so above. We are extremely grateful for any support you can give while we continue to strive to be at the heart of our community.
To commemorate a special occasion such as a wedding anniversary, birthday or in memory of a loved one people often make a donation towards the church flowers.
