About Us

We strive to be a warm and welcoming church at the heart of East Dulwich, with a church community made up of people of all ages and backgrounds. We are a part of the Church of England in the Diocese of Southwark. Our worship uses liturgy, choral and other music, candles and incense to emphasise the beauty of holiness, and to create a sense of the sacred.

We are keen to grow in our pilgrimage of faith. Through the year we offer courses and Bible study groups to deepen our understanding and fellowship. We prepare people for baptism and confirmation, and admit children to receive communion.

The Gander is our monthly parish magazine. You can read the latest issue here.

We actively seek social justice, and support charities and organisations who are engaged with issues of equality, poverty, homelessness and disaster relief.

We are members of the Inclusive Church network, which unites around this statement of belief:

We believe in inclusive Church – Church which does not discriminate, on any level, on grounds of economic power, gender, mental health, physical ability, race or sexuality. We believe in Church which welcomes and serves all people in the name of Jesus Christ; which is scripturally faithful; which seeks to proclaim the Gospel afresh for each generation; and which, in the power of the Holy Spirit, allows all people to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Jesus Christ.
